South Glendora Animal Hospital

South Glendora you are the best!!!! I took my pets there and it was so clean and smelled great compared to others. The staff is so nice and helpful, and the prices are great. You cant always please everyone by the comments on this site, but every single time i have went everyone is so pleased with their service. They are a very popular animal hospital. Thank you for the great care.

My only dealing with this place was an attempt to neuter some stray cats in my area. I do lots of small animal rescue, mostly cats and dogs. I have a main vet but I wanted something closer to my house. I called to be shocked by the unpleasant and put out staff. I asked if I could make an apt. and they told me the animal has to be vaccinated (authorized by a vet), if he wasn't they would vaccinate him. I asked if it was acceptable that I vaccinated him, and if I provided his vaccination/medical record, they said no. I have chosen to self vaccinate all my animals since it is much cheaper and legal, and reduces stress in my animals. It's obvious that they are unwilling to help reduce the animal population because they want to charge you more for other services. I have never been turned away from a vet, until now. It's shameful that their policies prevent a greater number of animals to be spayed.

I just got off the phone with a woman and I will not be taking my precious cat there. I felt rushed. You would think that since this is an animal HOSPITAL that there would be some kind of compassion in the operators voice well, there was none.

This place was very nice and inexpensive. i got my dog spayed their and they treated her nicely. she came back happy and healthy. she is not in a lot of pain. please don't let the others peoples reviews stop you from coming. they are really helpful in this economy because its affordable to keep your pet healthy with them.the staff was super nice:) so please go to South Glendora Animal Hospital

i took my little friend to get his balls cut off and they were way cheaper by $125 than the other places I called. one place said just for the snip was $300... and for the girl in the front she was Hot and very nice..loll so for all you old ladies with your smelly old dogs or the rat lady stop complaining you came here just like i did great price and close location and open later than most..but I must say the front area needs to be vacuum too much animal hair..so the ugly girl in the back get out the vacuum cleaner ..loll I wonder if the girl in the front is married...call me

I will have to disagree with those horrible remarks made. The doctor here is korean not chinese, he has been my pets doctor for over 5 years and he is the only doctor that I trust my pets going to. This place is much cleaner than others i have been to, and the staff is very friendly as well as the doctor. I will continue going there because I know my pets are getting the best care possible not to mention the great pricing.

Save your Pet !!! Don't take them anywhere NEAR this horrid place.
There is one chinease doctor and he takes 2 seconds to listen to complaints and just starts working. The staff try to "add on" fee's and they charged me too much after quoting me a lower fee andthen claiming it was higher bec of an "add on"
It is generally so smelly and dirty and staff look like 16 year olds who speak in spanish to each other while you wait for service

I am so angry with South Glendora Animal Hospital! The rude office staff was the least of my concerns once I picked up my pup! Boarding dogs here sounds appealing with catchy promises such as "under vet care while boarded" and "two walks a day". My dog has never been boarded before. Sad to say that her first experience was a traumatic one! I tried to ease her nerves by leaving her with her bed so she would have some item of familiararity. When I picked her up, her bed was full of urine! My dog can hold her bladder for at least nine hours. There is no way that they walked her twice a day if she had to pee in her bed!!! Not to mention, once home, she urinated four times in the first ten minutes of being home!!!! In addition, she was so dehydrated, she was trying to frantically drink the pool water! Not only does South Glendora Animal Hospital neglect their customers, but they also neglect our poor, furry babies! I would NEVER recommend anyone to board their pets here!!! I am just trying to get the word out so none of your babies have to go through what mine did!

I went there to get my dogs cared for and the assistant behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. I have never had a problem with them before but there is at least one woman that needs to find another job where customer service is not of importance. I believe their prices are fair but a change in front office staff would help their business.

The cost is very reasonable for shots or visits. The girls in the front office are unprofessional and rude. Almost every communication I have had with them has been met with impatience and unprofessionalism both in person and on the telephone. They need to be fired or retrained

I went to this place since it is close to my home. I took my dog with an infection. Not only they charge overinflated prices for medications, they make all in their power to refuse/slow down a prescription transfer to another place to get a better price. The front office service (young woman with dark hair and glasses) is the worst. Not only she is rude, she yells and screams to customers. Medications bought on site are not labeled. Instructions are given vaguely, two full squirts?? I was not told how to administered ointments, lenght of time to give a medication, etc. When I went back for clarification, I got the rudest help from the front office. For heaven sake, charging so much for medications at least label them!! I had to go to another vet to get medications with clear labels and instructions. I will never go back to this place.

I normally go to Arrow Animal Hospital for all of my animal care needs, however my vet was out of town and I had an emergency with one of my animals.

One of the recued rodents I have took a turn for the worst - we knew the time was near- so I called around to see who could do an emergency euthanasia.

The one good thing about the office was the woman behind the counter, she was very sweet and understanding about the situation. The vet, however, was completely void of emotion. He came in, injected the animal, and left without a word. Not to mention that after the fact, he told the woman behind the counter that in addition to the $85 fee for euthanasia, there was going to be an addition $20 fee because I stayed during the process. I couldn't believe it!

I would NEVER go to this office again, for any reason. I would never suggest this office to anyone and to anyone currently going there - please stop and go to a better vet!!!!
