I have been a client at this salon since my hairdresser joined the other guys and gals there.Nora has done a super job every time and I wouldn't go anywhere else.I would recommend Nora and this salon to anyone.

I went to the salon based on the reviews but found it disappointing. I had my hair done by FAY. She was not a professional hairdresser at all!!. As she was combing my hair, she combed me ear and scratched me with her nails. There was no apology. It seemed like she's tired or something......
It was my worst hair cut ever!! . She overcharges!!.
I would not recommend FAY AT ALL.

I have had my hair cut by Nora for years. She is wonderful always friendly and cuts only what I ask her to. She did my hair for my wedding and I loved it to.

Elaine recenlty did hair extensions on my hair I love them. She spent extra time with me to make sure they looked natural and I get compliments all the time. She as is Nora a wonderful friendly person.
I recommend the salon and the wonderful staff.

Elaine is my hair stylist and she is indeed an artist. Her work with hair extensions is amazing. They look so natural, they are practically undetectable by even the trained eye. However, her talents do not stop there. Her relaxers and cuts are the best I've ever had. Her daughter Alexis, also a stylist here, has often teamed with her on my style requests. I have never left disappointed. They are the 'fantastic duo.' I highly recommend the services of both Elaine and Alexis. I highly recommend this salon as it is so clean, and everyone is professional and friendly.

This salon is clean , modern and very comfyThe entire staff is very friendlyI was lucky enough to get " FAY " fir my first style in a long timeFAY listened very carefully and gave me the best cut I have ever had !Next time I am coming back for Color with FAY !!She is amazing !

I love going to Beallagio Salon and Spa. Who doesn't like to be pampered. Well worth the money. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Give it a try.

Clara Cabrera is an amazing eyebrow technician. I have had many eyebrow waxers over the years, but I have to say Clara does them best. She's incredibly comforting and manages to get both my out-of-control eyebrows in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend Clara.

I had short notice to get ready for a big event, I was nervous going in, I was assignet to FAY, who was adorable and was an incredible listener and was able to create EXACTLY what I wanted,....and she is SOOOOOO nice !!
Everyone loved my new cut and style and I was thrilled to reccommened everyone to Bellagio and ask for FAY!

I had a great experience at this beautiful and up-scaled Salon and Spa. I had a facial and my make-up done for an event . The Esthetician did a great job, she was very knowledgeable....and had great hands, made me feel so relaxed. She did a complete analysis of my skin and then choose the best treatment for my skin . I loved the upper massage she gave me while my mask was processing. Cant wait to get my next facial in a month.

I was referred to this salon by a friend who's been coming here for years.
My appointment was with Deborah, who was just amazing.Color turned out just the way I wanted it .
Salon has very good vibe. Everybody was really friendly.
Very, very, very happy with their service.

I live here at the Promenade and every time I need a haircut I just walk in and get it done without an appointment. It's a pretty big place with a lot of stylists working there so someone is always available to take me. Check them out...

I've been going to Bellagio for about 5 months and they get my color right every single time.
Love the fact that they are open every day and I can get everything from nail to hair and tanning services done at once.

Such a nice place to get your hair done. Not that I have a lot of hair left after 40 years of pure stress and tobacco smoking :) but whatever I have on my head was treated royally. You folks, should check it out and if you want best of the best ask especially for Veronica - this lady works miracles with your hair. Be patient with her accent but, man, she rocks - on scale from 1 to 10 she is 12. I left this place feeling like I was born again. Definitely I am coming back, no doubt.

The first time I went there they did an awesome job on my hair. This past time however the OWNER was fixing my hair and was supposed to touch up my roots. She ended up bleaching pieces that were already blonde and then toned my brown hair to a ugly blonde color without my permission. After washing I looked at my hair that was WAY too blonde like white/silver and figured I can just dye it some other time its just color right...WRONG I started combing my hair and it was coming out in chunks because she over processed it. That was on Friday Jan 30 and today my hair still comes out when it is wet. I highly recommend you find another salon if you plan on coming here, that is if you don't want you hair to fall out. Oh and when I requested my money back they rudely told me that they did what I wanted. I hope this helps I'm just trying to save you from a horrible experience.

Got a haircut and the airbrush spray tan here for my photo shoot.
Loved my tan, it looked very natural, not orange at all and my hairstyle was just amazing.
Very clean salon, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place has the potential to be great, because the facility is large and super lux.

But it is run in such a weird way -- there does not seem to be an owner or manager. Stylists rent out space and you pay them directly. So it seems that almost anyone can work here, with questionable credentials.

Perhaps I got assigned the wrong stylist. Anya cut my hair a few months ago and it was the worst cut I have ever had. I did not want a drastic change -- I said to basically clean up the layers and trim the bottom. But she gave me a DRASTIC change. I had no hair left below the top of my ears. It was shoulder length before that. She was not very personable and did not seem willing to listen.

Anyway, maybe this place was once good, but the stylists who are there now are a little strange. Plus it is very expensive. I would not trust it.

Coming here will make you look great because it will make your hair look beyond beautiful. They do what ever you want them to do to your hair and in your style that you like the most.
