I was a patient of Dr Koidas for years. He is a wonderfully nice man!
He's a good doctor, listens well and gives each patient the time they deserve.
The office staff however, really leaves me disappointed. Not friendly at all~ in fact, quite the opposite on several occasions for no apparent reason! Someone in there has quite a chip on her shoulder!
Also, be prepared to wait...
On one occasion I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. And for some reason, a patient that arrived before me, but her appointment was after mine~ was let in ahead of me!?!?
I asked why this happened and they said because she got there earlier than I did...I asked so appointments are meaningless?? Old 'Chip On Her Shoulder' really didn't like that...

Too bad for nice Dr Koida that his staff ruined it. I've since changed doctors after being his patient for over 20 years!
