I like it that you can bring in your own beer to this restaurant. The food was cheap and tasty. I got there right as they were closing but they still had some nan bread, rice, and vindaloo left. I'll definitely be back

I'm a regular at Pakwan. The food is consistently good, and very reasonably priced. The Vindaloo and CTM are always good, as is the chicken special which is always some variant of chicken in brown sauce. Bring your own beers, and don't be put off if all the tables are gone - you can always get in eventually

I love Pakwan, they recently upgraded the interior but the food is still outstanding. Decently priced, and of course BYO. The 16th street location is tops!

Pakwan has the best food among Pakistani & Indian restaurants. They are profesionals and their food is realy authentic . I have been to the Pakwans in Misson and Hayward , and I think that this one is the best of the lot. Food served is good, spicy and a little heavy . The paya and kababs are excellent. Reasonably priced.I realy enjoy going there. Definately recommend it to try

Pakwan is one of my favorite restaurants for Indian/Pakistani food. I love their location on 16th/Valencia because it's close to a lot of great bars and other restaurants and slightly more cheery than the Tenderloin. They have great naan, and excellent chicken tikka masala. Atmosphere is a little dingy and service isn't too friendly, but it's cheap and good.
