Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would not recommend renting a car from this locations under any circumstances. I rented a car for two days on vacation and opted out of the daily insurance they provide (which they tried bullying me into), instead going with my own insurance company. When I returned the car, the girl who had picked us up checked us back in and went out to inspect the car to make sure it was in good condition. She then tried to blame me for two very small dents on the hood of the car, telling me that it was "very bad" that they were there and that if my car insurance did not cover this damage, I would have to pay out of my own pocket. Mind you, this car had dents and dings all over the place!! Luckily the charges were dropped as the dents were discovered to have been made by a previous renter, but the whole experience nearly ruined the rest of my vacation.

this business i like because they are always right on time, especially in an emergency. they will pick you up from home or where you care is located and take care of you from there. the offer a variety of automobiles and have the friendliest customer service people in this industry. they are always helpful when it comes to insurance and or billing. I always use this location when renting and suggest it to anyone.

I went to an Enterprise a couple of times and everytime i get great customer service. Once i went to this branch and they didn't have a toyota camry and i really wanted to rent one and so they looked around in nearby locations to see if anyone had one. They ended up finding me one at a location less then a mile away.
