James Beach Restaurant

I love this place! It is one of my favorite bars on the West Side. Always has a fun and very international crowd. The food is pretty good, and if you're in the mood for sushi you can order from the place across the street and they will deliver it over. It also has a good sized upstairs area if you want to throw a private party, or just be sectioned off from the rest of the crowd.

Order the drink with ginger liquer, muddled mint and strawberry puree. It's the best!

The atmosphere is cool. You may see stars eating and enjoying the Venice view. I love this place and the food is wonderful.

The prices are not bad. The service was very attentive and quick.

This place is interesting, when you walk in you can either go to the left for some fine dining and really good food, or you can go to the right and hang out at the bar in a laid back atmosphere. If you walk upstairs they have one pool table and you have to pu your name on the chalkboard to get a spot. Fun place to go and hang out with friends.

I love the laid back atmosphere here. Really this place is just a big patio set up for mingling, but that is the whole appeal! It gets pretty crowded here towards the end of the night, but it is always a fun crowded!
