West Valley Auto Tech

I have been taking my cars to West Valley Auto Tech for 15 years. They have always done an excellent job with customer interaction as well as with the repairs. I am convinced that they are very honest about what needs to be done. There have been times when I have suggested what I thought the cause of a problem might be and they told me that less work was required than I thought.

This place did my brakes for much cheaper than the dealer offered me to do them for. They provided OEM quality brake pads and rotors. My rotors were warped, so they completely replaced them instead of sanding them down. The staff was helpful and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my car. I'd go here again.

My oil change and brake job here was done on time. I dropped off my car at the beginning of the day, had a co worker take me to work, and was able to pick up the car all done at the end of the work day. After the new brake installation, the car feels much more solid. The oil also made it run smoother considering I didn't take it in for an oil change for over 10000 miles.

We have taken many cars to West Valley over the years. We drive older cars and they can handle any type. They do smog and most types of repairs, they warranty their work and charge a reasonable price. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off.

CONS: Busy, sometimes takes a while to get service
