I visited the Verizon Wireless store on Main Street in Orange to simply return an item. System works like this, you check in on a computer and your name goes into one of three categories. Sales, Customer Service or Technical Service. I can tell you this, there can be 8 names in one category and 3 in the other category and the one with 8 names will by pass you in service. You do not get good quality customer service at this location because they do not handle their customers on a first come first serve basis. The manager was of no help and he had employees standing around doing nothing. What they need to do is move to a numbering system so that they treat their customers fairly.

We decided to renew our contract with verizon. the sales people were helpful and assited us in getting new phones. with the $100 renewal reward I was able to get two new phone due to their added buy one get one free and they ended up both being free. I did have to sign up for 2 more years

I like the staff here every time I need to buy a new product or have a question. They don't try to sell you new products all the time, but they do answer your questions thoroughly and even make suggestions you might not have thought of on your own. Like most Verizon stores, this one is usually busy. But it's worth the wait and the service is always excellent.

So my phone was acting crazy, then just shut down on me. I went the Verizon store pretty frustrated that I had my phone was totally out of order. They sales person was very efficent and helpful. He could not figure out what was wrong with my phone so he exchanged it for a new one., at no cost to me. I left the store with a working phone and a lot happier.
