My fianc and I visited Metro Acura recently, in the market for a new vehicle. Upon arrival we were greeted by Shaun Ridge who took the time to get to know us and the specifics of what we wanted in a new car. Given we are a soon to be married couple on a budget, and also looking to start a family at some point, Shaun helped ensure we'd not only get a great family car, but something that wouldn't break the bank as well.

We did not end up leaving the Metro Acura dealer with a new car on our first visit, and Shaun didn't make us feel pressured or unwanted back as we've felt at other dealerships if you don't leave on your first visit with a new car. We did check out a few alternative dealerships the same day we visited Acura but didn't get the same high quality of service and were exhausted from the day.

Still in need of a car at the end of the day, my fianc and I could not stop thinking about the Acura we saw and ultimately wanted but realized it might be out of our price range. On a whim at around 10 P.M. I text messaged our Shaun Ridge our Acura sales consultant with our financial concerns for the vehicle we wanted, and Shaun worked through our questions until nearly 11 P.M. that evening. He was a true consultant collectively working with us to create a cost effective way to get the vehicle we wanted.

The next morning we got up and headed straight back to the dealer to finalize things with Shaun and left with a new Acura for my fianc and I. We will be in the market for another car later in the year and given this positive experience with Shaun, intend on returning to Metro Acura.

They provided complimentary coffee, water, cookies and internet services in the waiting room so I was able to answer work email while I wanted. He carried on a conversation with me while we were driving and astoundlingly, knew everything about the car and answered all the questions i had for him. He was very generous and courteous, and also gave me updates on the estimated time the car would be ready for me. It was a very stress-free and easy car-buying experience
