No Bueno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

by jorge f.

Dis Place is no good. I will not ever go back to dis place. I feel like they rob me. I have to check my wallet when I left, $*&$# asswipes!!! Mi Familia was disrespected by the owner, I hope he gets run over by his own tires. I do not save no money, only lose faith in dis place for good. I can only say never go here, thats what I think from my heart.

Joe's Tire Shop is Rude and Retarded

by juan a.

I read the reviews and went down there anyway to see for myself, what a mistake. Very rude and crude. I bought 4 tires and it took forever , I couldn't believe that they could screw up balancing a tire, how easy is that, well they did. My car was shaking all over the place. I do not want to ever deal with that place ever again. Try for yourself, just kidding, that would be so mean of me.

Cheap For A Reason

by John D.

I picked out some rims and tires from there. Everything seemed cool. I traded in my previous rims that were still on my car for some that they had on display. Tell me why they had trouble taking off one of the wheels because they stripped a lug nut while it the rim was still on the car. Then they took a sledge hammer and started to try and beat it off. I was there for hours. I had no choice but to let them try and beat it off otherwise I'd be stuck in that crappy place all night. I think I was the last person there. Then I over heard them talking crap about me because of there crappy work. They blamed it on my lug nutts which I took on and off several times and nobody else had any issues. Then I hit a small pot hole a few months later and it bent the crap out the lip on my rim. Looked nice but a cheap quality rim. I highly do not not NOT recommend this place. I'd rather buy rims from the junkyard this time around. BTW those 5 and 4 star comments for this place listed below are probably people working or related to these scam artists. There comments sound too alike and phony!

Joe's Tire Shop is Lame!

by Raul A.

Didn't like the service. Took forever to get the tires from thier "warehouse". I sat around for 2 hours while they did nothing. What's 2 hours of time worth? I would not recommend to any one to use this place.

Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by ben l.

I cant describe in words the disrespect I got from the owner of this place. I beginning to think that this place is just a front for the Mexican Mafia drug cartel. They sell everything cheap because its just a front. The service is horrible, they didnt seat my valve stem right so it went flat the next day. I go back and its like the friggen mafia over there. They are crooks over there, dont trust them at all, easy enough to go down the street where theres fifty other tire shops.

Worst Tire Place In San Diego

by Joe k.

I don't understand how you can be in the car buisness and not know anything about how to put a simple tire back on. I got two new tires and it took a long long time because they busted the bolts off with there zip gun. I have a new car so it wasn't rusted , 07', almost new. Then they didn't bother torquing my lug nuts when they were done. At that point I didn't care, I just wanted to get out of there, that was at hour 3. I finally get out of there, and with a lot of rudeness from the staff, what a bunch of jerks. I was happy enough to get my cheap china tires until I noticed that on the ride home my steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy!!!! What in the heck!!! There was no way I was going back there, no way!! So I went to Evens, and they said the tires werent balanced right. Cost me 30 bucks, so no way would I send any one down there, wouldn't send my worst enemy down there. Save your time and money, go to anywhere else!!!

Exstortionists!

by fred g.

Ok heres my story. Called up, they tell me $260, ok. Go down, do the the deal. Old tires are off, new tires on. Go to pay... Heres where they horn swoggled me, they go, I quoted you the wrong rim size on the phone its $320. Im like "what!" you have to be kidding, the tires are already on the car; you could of told me this before you put the tires on. The owners responce was, we can put the old tires back on, take your money. I was dumbfounded. It was like, get out of here or pay the extorted price. Dont waste your time with this place, all the tires are junk. They don't torque your lug nuts, I saw them do a couple of cars with just the impact gun. The owner is a punk ass, the workers were cool though. theres better low cost places, tons of them!

Customer Service

by Mario R.

Joe's is CHEAP!!!! Everyone I knew said, "DON'T GO TO JOE'S".. But since I was cheap, I decided to go anyway. I bought my wheels and tires, but not long after I got them, they started to rust. At first, I thought I wasn't taking care of them, but others that clean their rims the same way I take care of mine didn't have the same issue as me. But this is what annoyed me, someone "STOLE" the little cap to one of my rims. Okay, no big issue right?? Wrong! I went to Joe's and gave him the run-down, he said that he could get me a new one for the price of $50. He took down my information and told me to just to come back in 3 days. I was cool with that. When I went back he said the manufacturer had that specific item on back order. I said I didn't know what that meant, he got upset and told me not to worry, but when he got it, he would call me. No Prob. I've gone back at least 4 times since, and he or his daughter(UGLY) always ask me if I want to trade-in instead, and I always say no. That's when I'm rushed out their shop. My suggestion is, when you go in, tell them you have "No Plans" of buying (even if you do). If they treat you courteously, they must know you as the BBB.

Oh yeah, WHERE IS MY F***ink CAP TO MY RIM JOE

by patrick p. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 489

The first thing you notice is that they service cars from low to high ends. meaning from a broke down toyota to a mercedes SLK. They provide great helpful service that is prompt and the best part is they give you prices better than the competition! definitely a place to check out if you're close or dont mind driving a lil bit
