When it was time to clean my carpets I discovered that the company I had been using for years had gone out of business. Big Red of Valencia was referred to me so I had them give me an estimate and they came in the same ballpark as my previous carpet cleaning company so we gave them a try. They were better than we expected and we will be using them from now on. They removed stains that previously had returned and now they're gone for good.
