I don't know what's wrong with this steve s guy who is a board president, but anyone who praises anchor/cardinal management is either braindead or receiving kickbacks from them by bringing in their own crooked contracts. Oh and for those of you out there who don't know, Brig Maintenance and A Plus Payroll are DBAs of Anchor Management. Sol when you get the monthly invoice, all the money goes to the same company. see if they disclosed that to you in your contract!

Cardinal Management/ Anchor Management has always been very helpful when I need a repair done. They answer my emails right away and always have a helpful attitude.

They have changed their name to Cardinal Management and I can see why. They are probably trying to disassociate themselves from these bad reviews. They are the worse. You cannot get them on the phone. They play favorites among association members. They are unhelpful and aggravating, a waste of the association??s money and time.

My condo complex had Will Heining too! I agree with the comments made. BUT, I have to give the new owner credit in knowing to get ride of the man! Now his Dad manages our building who is professional and courteous to work with.Diane

They are extremely unprofessional, rude and indolent. They hang up on clients, shout at them and use vulgar language. If this is the kind of property management you are looking for don??t wait a minute, hire them immediately. If not, stay miles and miles away from them.

Avoid this UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE so-called management company. They often ignore maintenance requests and tenent concerns. They can also be very condescending and rude via phone and email. I've never seen a management company that places blame on everyone and everything else but itself. They will do anything to send you running in circles rather than assisting you in resolving a property issue. It's sad to see an HOA spend so much money on a management company that doesn't professionally manage or treat tenants with respect.

If you are looking at townhomes or condos, AVOID anything managed by Anchor Management.

The person in charge of our condo is WILL HEINING. He is rude and just an overall jerk. He does not get anything done. I really don't understand how anybody would hire them. I really hope our condo association fires them. I wouldn't be surrpised if they are embezzling money from us too. I hope more people complain about them and especially WILL HEINING and they go out of business. Thank you.

the worst and most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. i would strongly advise against doing business with this company. it is impossible to get a hold of an actual person and their business model seems to be to stonewall any attempts at resolving problems. absolutely the worst.
