Irvani Aria Dds

Dr. Irvani has an office that most other medical or dental offices should try to emulate. I originally went to see him on the recommendation of one my friends because I was considering getting dental implants. As a retired physician, I am very familiar with the day to day workings of a health care facility. The facility is first class, very clean, comfortable and esthetically pleasing. I found Dr. Irvani to be very punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with me to answer all my questions. Something you do not see nowadays because everyone is always in a rush. I had a fairly good idea of how much implants would cost because I had a couple of consultations with other dentists but Dr. Irvanis fees were very fair and reasonable compared to the other dentists I had seen before. It took 3 months from the time I had the implants placed until I got the crowns and I can say it was one of the best decisions I have made. It was certainly money well spent since I can eat comfortably again and enjoy my meals. The procedure was quick, pain free and there was minimal discomfort afterwards. The follow up was excellent. Dr. Irvani personally called me after the procedure to see how I was doing and to see if I had any questions. The staff was very friendly, helpful and positive, especially Pat who runs the front office. I would highly recommend him.

This office is simply fantastic. I love Dr. Irvani's approach to patient care. The facility is gorgeous and clean. They have all the hi tech gear and the service is always excellent. Dr. Irvani has a very common sense approach in dealing with patients' dental problems. He explained things very well and actually asked me what was important to me before telling me what I should do!!
The other dentists wanted to charge me anywhere from 1100 to 1500 dollars per crown but the fees that I was quoted by his office was much more reasonable. He also sat down with me and prioritized my treatment so that I could do it in phases. Something none of the other offices offered to do. His staff is definitely worth a praise because they will bend over backwards to take care of you. My family and I are very happy to finally find a great dentist.

This is one office that really respects my time. No matter how busy they seem to be, I do not have to wait more than 5 minutes at any one time. The parking was an issue at their previous facility but they recently moved about 2 miles up the street. The new facility has plenty of free parking and it is truly beautiful, modern and clean. I would not hav any other way. If they are working in my mouth, I would expect it to be spotless and it really is.But the most important part is how well they care of me and that has never changed. They have really taken the time to get to know me and what is important to me. This is why I drive an hour every six months to see them.

We went to see Dr. Irvani after my husband's insurance took effect with his new job. We had a list of more than 10 dentist's to choose from the panel of providers. We picked him because I like to research who I am going to select as me and my family's dentist and health care provider. I found his credentials to be impeccable. First, he is a USC graduate. I also found out that he has a "mastership in dentistry" which from what I understand is awarded to very few dentists in the US because it involves very rigorous training. This is all academic. It really boils down to how much a doctor cares about his patients.
I am glad to say that my research has paid off. Dr. Irvani is one of the most caring health care providers I have ever been to. He is gentle, patient, a great listener and very likable.
Our family felt instantly at ease with him. My husband and I have had some much needed dental work and we are very pleased with the results. He was honest in doing only what was needed, his staff never upsold us on unneeded treatment and he is extremely efficient and capable.
I have already told him that even if we move to San Diego ( which is a possibilty with my husband's job), we would still make the drive to see him.

Used him once as a reccomendation from the insurance company. Was not impressed. He was in a hurry, didn't really answer our questions or explain what needed to be done, was more worried about the cost of it all. Could have been a bad day for the office but we never went back to find out.

I started going to Dr. Irvani about 8 months ago after moving to California and I feel very lucky to have found him. I had a dentist in east coast for most of my adult life and I was understandably nervous to try a new dentist. I had tried 2 other dentists in California but was disappointed. It always seemed that money took priority over my well being. High fees and aggressive treatment suggestions kept me away. I went to Dr. Irvani on a recommendation from a neighbor and I am so happy that I did try him. The parking was somewhat of a problem because I had to drive around for 5 minutes to find a spot, but it was free and I was seen on time as soon as I got to the office. The service was top notch and I felt that I was being charged a very fair fee for the services that were needed. Consistency is key for me and I feel that I have received excellent service each time.

We found Dr. Aria Irvani around 10 years ago and have been extremely happy with his service. Previously, I had used a number of different dentists, trying to find the right one for our family, and had been constantly disappointed with the low quality services we received. I never had to change dentists again once we found Dr. Irvani. We totally trust our dental needs to him, due to the consistent nature of his work, which is gentle, efficient and absolutely top quality and his fees are fair. Finally, a mention of praise should go to all his longtime office staff, who is always unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. All around, a first class dental office and one which I have full confidence in recommending to anyone.
