Had an oil change, tire rotation and ended up needing all 4 brakes done I was able to watch as the tech worked on my car and explained and showed me every part that was related to my brakes,showing why they needed to be replaced including specs for my vehicle. I will be a life time customer with confidence. highly recommended.price was at below any dealer or other factory trained place. dont get ripped off go to these guys....a.m hayward ,ca

I found Precision Automotive when they were on of only a couple of automotive shops that were top rated by Bay Area Checkbook. I took my older Nissan Sentra and Geo Prizm to them several times. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their integrity. Many times they recommended a lower cost repair option that they felt was best rather than trying to upsell me into replacing more than necessary which is so common at the dealership auto repair shops.

Located near Fry's in Palo Alto, they service BMWs at a reasonable cost. The first time I took my car in, 2 air pressure indicator tire valves disappeared. When I called it to the owner's attention, he not only bought 2 to replace them but gave me the extra 2 (came in a set of 4). Their service has been fast, friendly and always cost conscious.
