(just so you know, if i could i would give it a hundred stars!!!)This is the best place ever to go for an oil change or smog check!!! The workers are extremely friendly and the owner is very helpful and kind. I forgot to bring my coupon at home, yet they were generous enough to give me a copy of the coupon and reduce the price! Not to mention the atmosphere of the shop was incredible! I went there recently and they had such beautiful Christmas decorations which created a cheerful mood even though it was raining. In addition, they won the best drive through auto maintenance award for the entire city of Vacaville!!!I would never go anywhere other than Cherry Pit and I recommend it to everyone!!!

I went to the Cherry Pit in Vacaville, CA because they were very friendly over the phone. Upon service we noticed that certain items that were promised to be checked were left untouched. When we went back inside to ask if the service could be redone the lady at the front desk was quite rude and proceeded to get an attutude. The pit man that had been working in th pit while my truck was being serviced was now no where to be found leaving your hood man to complete all services that were promised and required. When going back in to speak with the front desk lady about the bill we noticed that the lube points were not changed and still stated sealed. so we asked to have that changed a second time. That is when she through a tissy fit and asked my boyfriend not to yell at her which he was clearly not yelling. I'm not sure if customer service is something that you would like your business to be known for, but with that lady at the front desk not being able to deal with challanges to the service that is provided, looks bad on you as well as the good workers you have at Cherry pit. There are some online classes she can take to learn how to deal with different personalities that would greatly inprove your customers experiance. I also understand that we came at the end of the day, but your staff made us feel like we were not welcome there and i don't believe you will recieve any more bussiness from us or any one we know.

I used to go there, but no longer. I went there for an oil change before going on a long road trip. After that I noticed I was leaking oil. I went in to a shop and they found that the inside threads on the oil pan were stripped from over tightening the screw, causing the leak and giving the next shop great difficulty in getting the pan off and back on (in the middle of nowhere, 4th of July weekend). They asked who changed my oil, and how could they send me on the road like that? The place that found the problem showed me what happened and charged me only for the oil change while trying to get the thing put back together with a better hold so I could continue on my way (they weren't fishing for repairs or looking to charge me extra--they wanted to go home for the holiday too--it took hours). They were pretty shocked, and I was, too. Wound up with costly repairs--oil pan replacement--when I got home. Also, Cherry Pit told me that I needed a different kind of oil than my mechanic recommended. Doesn't inspire much confidence.

This small automotive shop is the best I have ever delt with. The staff was very nice and the pricing was great. I was able to sit with my kids outside on a picnic bench and my service was completed within 15min.
