My husband and I as well as our 10 year old son are patients here. The staff is excellent, they are always willing to work with our schedule and I love that they work late (they close at 6pm) which allows me to make appointments for my son and I without having to take time off from work. My son is really comfortable with his dentist and the rest of the staff so we often schedule our appointments at the same time to shorten our time there. I especially recommend this office if you have children, it is very kid friendly, complete with a kid section with kid sized chairs, tables, TV, and video games. Dr Lee and her staff are very good with children. For the adults, nice comfy leather chairs, lots of reading material, coffee, tea and a plasma TV. My son really looks forward to the toy box full of goodies that he gets to pick from after his visit. I would recommend both Dr Kim and Dr Lee to anyone (and always do), they do a great job taking care of our teeth!

I didn't realize the doctors are only capable to do certain things - and it is very hard to "fit" into their schedule! I wish I would have known this before selecting them as an ortho. I was also given an answer to a question by the girl who took my call who didn't REALLY know the answer and ended up giving me the wrong answer( it's ok to wait til her next appointment.) I told her I would hold until she ASKED the doctor- when she got back on she told me it was important afterall that my daughter be seen right away and not wait!

Dr. Kim hired me as a full-time hygienist. At the time, I was working part-time and needed full-time employment. I gave my previous employer of 7 years a 2-week notice and on the 3rd day of employment, Dr. Kim called me and remarked, "You're not working out." I asked repeatedly what he meant but he had no answer. I then was very upset and said that I had given up a great job with a great boss to commit to his practice. I have 27 years experience and have never been fired from any job. He commented that he hoped I could get my old job back; however other hygienists were already hired. So now, because of Dr. Kim I am both traumatized and unemployed.

PROS: high tech office and nice working staff
CONS: boss's unethical conduct

The staff at Dr. Kim's office are very rude. I had to cancel an appointment due to a medical condition and rather than cancel my appointment, I was called and harrassed several times for not showing up. I also had an outstanding balance of $2.00 and was sent a rude demand letter. The dental work I had done at this office had to be redone. I would not recommend Dr. Kim as a dentist to anybody.

CONS: HORRIBLE
