West Coast Pizza

They have quite a variety of pizzas and they have great crusts. I used to eat their stuff a lot while I was in the dorms and it was great when we were up late studying at night for exams the next morning. Their prices are average for pizza, but I would recommend getting your hands on a Berkeley: Guide of the Good Life book with lots of coupons in it!

back in the suburbs you're use to ordering only something like domonos and pizza hut, but however in berkeley there is quite a few pizza places to make a selection from. West Coast pizza is the place to get pizza from for all freshman, and especially if you have the best of berkeley guide. Get your hands on it and it will give you great pizza for those late nights when youre craving food in the dorms.

Pizza for delivery or pick-up in the Bay Area is notoriously bad. West Coast breaks that mold. Their pies are good; the cheese sticks are even better. They also have decent wings and other ancillary items. Delivery is, sadly, not free--it's $0.95 in zone, and then grows progressively more expensive with distance. However, their pick-up service can often be very quick. Avoid the cookies.

Pizza is average but the cheesy sticks or absolutely addicting. I moved out of the area two years ago but I still crave the cheesy sticks! They deliver or you can pick up for a small discount on the price.
