J J's Jumpers & Party Rentals

I am very disapointed in the service JJ jumpers conducted. They acted very unprofessional. I placed an order and called back the following day to add some more tables and chairs, and the owner told me that they didn't have time to be changing orders. She told me that I was waisting her time and I should have made up my mind before placing my order in the first place. I just cancelled my order right there and then and took my business somewhere elese. Very disapointed.

I rented from jj's this past weekend, but I was worried after reading their reviews. I was willing to take my chances due to their low prices, but I wish I never did. First, my order was very late, about two hours after my party had started. People were standing until they decided to show up. The jumper was very dirty and it had a strange stinky smell to like dirty socks. The chairs and tables were very dirty, the guest preferred to stay standing since they were so dirty. I was very embarrassed and my whole party was a mess. I called the owner, and she told me that they couldn't do anything about it. She told me, and she was right, we get what we pay for. Next time I will look around and don't mind paying an extra buck for something better.

I was looking for an affordable jumper for my son's second birthday party, and went with JJ Jumpers. I ended up renting a jumper, 3 tables and 20 chairs for less than what other party rental places in the area would charge for the jumper alone. After reading the reviews here, I was worried that the items would be dirty or the service would be bad and almost canceled on them. I'm SO glad I didn't. Their tables and chairs were clean, and the bounce house/jumper was IMMACULATE. Even the guests commented on how clean it was. The delivery guy was super nice, and I watched him clean and sterilize the jumper before he left. Lisa (who I assume is the owner) was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend JJ Jumpers and will most definitely use them again.

this place sucks; horrible service. not good customer service skills. they seem to think that they are doing you a favor when this is their business and they should be more customer service oriented. the market for jumpers is very competitive so, if they want to stay in business they should use the model "customer is always right" no matter what. i would never do business with this company !!!

There is a reason why there prices are so cheap- your order will be incomplete, and everything is filthy. Including the owner of the company when you call to complain. Scary Lady =(

I received a drop off of that was incomplete (yes, I know... I should have counted everything... but I was busy planning a party!)

After (politely) calling the company to ask if I could get the rest of my order dropped of I was yelled at, and belittled by the very angry owner. And nothing was done to correct their mistake.

Also, BEWARE of their prices. One day they'll charge you $5.00 for a rectangular table... and the next day they might feel like charging $9.00. (I was a victim of this too! ha!)

Stay away from this company!!!

I was not satisfied with the rental of the chairs this past Saturday, they were dirty. I was very embarrassed with all my guests due this rental experience with jj party rental in bellflower.

Jj's is a party supply in bellflower. They are closed by but I really dont know what jj stands for. I think they are a good party store because they have alot of things.

I have used this company for 3 years straight for my son's halloween bday parties. I always am given a great deal on a party package that comes with all the supplies needed. Very professional people! I always refer this company to my friends.

This is another great party renter. They have a good party package deal. You can get a jumper, 2 tables, 16 chairs, 1 cotton candy or snow cone or popcorn machine for only $125. This place offers good deals and are not over priced like other places. They also carry other great party items. I would recommend.
