Dishonest Auto Body Shop: I had a vehicle repaired at Avenue Body Shop, Ventura, CA. The owner, Armando Vasquez, lied to me on several occasions concerning my vehicle. He charged me over $700.00 to remove a dent from my right front door, which is still there. I took the vehicle back to him and he said he would take care of it. When I went back the second time to pick up the vehicle, it still has a dent. When I confronted Armando about the dent still being present, he responded, It a shadow, there is no dent. Armando Vasquez is a compulsive liar. I am now out the $ 700.00 and now must find an honest repair shop to fix it. Obviously this person lacks in moral integrity and common decency.

sevice and care #1 I have a P1800 Volvo that they are working on now.My custom Ford interceptor paint is A-1 these guys do great work.

I was recently in my first major car accident. I was very shook up and was not in the best frame of mind to deal with insurance companies and car repairs. I was referred to Avenue Body Shop and they have taken great care of me. They coordinated my car rental with my insurance company, they have worked with the insurance adjusters, and they have gotten all of the repairs underway. Rosa and Armando have kept in contact with me the whole time to let me know the progress of my situation. They have really made me feel a lot better during a very difficult time. I highly recommend using Avenue Body Shop for any of your auto body repair!
