Outpost Sports Bar & Grill

I stopped in to this place feeling dusty, wanting to get a little hydration and grub on my way back home. The crowed was welcoming and diverse, great selection of spirits and suds, Food Was Great and very reasonably priced. Had a Great time and made some new friends. I will Defiantly make it a point to stop by the Outpost whenever I am near San Ramon. There Quite Busy on the weekend Nights, D.J. etc... No more casino. It`s a Bonafied Sports Bar with Games, Video and Old Shuffle Board and pool tables. A Fresh Fruit Stand next door during the day. This Place is a Must Visit!

Currently NOT a Card Room although they have re-applied for their license. Expect approval in Spring of 2006. Currently operating as a restaurant & bar, in addition they are giving classes on card playing lessons and instruction on dealing cards. Food is good, basic home-cooking type food. Lunch is my favorite. The bartenders are friendly and provide great service. Currently using former card room space for banquets, parties & organizational meetings.

PROS: Nice friendly bar
CONS: Not a cardroom

Another cardroom in the bayarea. They have poker and other asian games like blackjack and pai gai poker. Never tried the food before so not sure how it is.
