Circuit City

After seeing an ad for a desktop computer with printer and monitor included, I went to the store to purchase it. Good thing I had the ad with me because they didn't make it easy to buy it! After searching on my own and not finding any display, I asked a salesperson to get it. Immediately the bait and switch started and he tried to get me to upgrade to a system costing $100 more. He warned me the printer "did not have cord to connect to the computer." I told him a cord cost under $20, so why spend $100 more for the next system just to get a cord? Then he sd there was only a 3-mo trial anti-virus program included. I replied that a year subscription cost approx $30, still way less than $100. Then he got his mgr who "warned" me of the same things! Finally, he got the boxes out, and when the printer box did not show up, I asked about it. He said, "You want the printer, too? You know there's no cord." Duh.
