The salads are cold and crisp and are topped off with delicious dressings. My favorite is the Molly Salad. It's a wedge of iceberg lettuce covered with diced tomatos and sweet onions with crumbled bleu cheese and a tangy dressing.
The steaks are thick and juicy. I recommend both the Rib Eye and the filet

I've eaten here several times and the food is always good--definitely a steak and potatoes kind of place but it works. Great place to meet friends for dinner. My only complaint is that I've never been able to order a well-done steak--they just won't cook them. Oh well, medium-well was good enough but I still thought it was funny that you can't even get a well-done chopped steak here. Other than that, I've enjoyed my meals here.

If you enjoy the old fashioned steak house, Taylor's is the place to be. There are two locations -- 8th and Ardmore in the Mid Wilshire district of Los Angeles and Foothill Blvd. in La Caada Flintridge.
The salads are cold and crisp and are topped off with delicious dressings. My favorite is the Molly Salad. It's a wedge of iceberg lettuce covered with diced tomatos and sweet onions with crumbled bleu cheese and a tangy dressing.
The steaks are thick and juicy. I recommend both the Rib Eye and the Coulotte. The chef is top-notch and knows how to cook to order.
Taylor's also serves a delicious Prime Rib, fresh fish and a healthy portion of lobster.
I've dined at Taylor's for over 25-years and have never been disappointed. Neither will you. Reservations are recommended. When you arrive, tell the host, "Big Mitch sent me!"

Great food - Great value. Always crowded for the previous reasons. The steaks are great. There is a bar area, but it fills up with patrons waiting for tables.
