I went to Bella Cleaners on the recommendation of a friend getting married. I needed a dress bustle put in on my wedding dress (simple, a hook under the train to hook it up after the ceremony), and the tailor said it would be pressed afterwards. I picked it up and the bustle was in place, but the dress was wrinkled beyond! The girl at the counter said it had been pressed, and that it would need to be pressed again before the wedding. Well, duh, it's full of wrinkles! I would not recommend this place because of poor outcome. I haven't tried it for dry cleaning. Lesson learned - don't go to dry cleaners for anything more than dry cleaning!

Pros: Nice people

Cons: Did not do a good job with the dress - it looks a mess!

Hands down the most professional dry cleaners I've been to. I'm not leaving my clothes with a hole in the wall cleaner that I feel like doesn't manage well OR clean well.

A little pricier but they have coupons ALL the time for up to 35% off. I'm able to use a coupon every time and most of the time they don't even take the coupon from me. They just see it and then write down on the receipt what percentage off it is. VERY handy.

When you first put an order in, they also mail you a $5 gift certificate there which I thought was thoughtful. I was never bothered again with "spam" mail so that made me happy.

The clothes are perfectly pressed and ready to go upon pickup. They even offer a curbside elite service. Not sure of the details of this but they have a completely seperate staff member manning a kiosk outside so I'm assuming it's popular.

Clean, professional and sleek. A small chain strategically located in the ritzier areas which probably explains the prices. But again, who wants their $100 shirt ruined by someone who doesn't really know what they're doing?

Not me and at Flairs I have 100% confidance this won't happen.
