I've lived in Avenue Trailer Town for four months. I took a look at it before moving In and it appeared clean and quiet. I saw no evidence of the "trash" another reviewer mentioned, and they do allow units up to 20 years old, or upon inspection. I got in with a 1993 fifth wheel. The only downside going in was that the Hell's Angels Clubhouse is locqated next door so there is a lot of noise from their Harleys.

Up until about a month ago, I was very happy here. I got a new neighbor who has no respect or regard for living in this type of environment. This couple makes noise constantly. The husband drives a very large truck that he takes to work. So each morning that he does, I get a prompt 5:20am wake up call. He chirps his alarm and fired this monster up which is very loud and rattles my RV like nothing I've ever felt. Then the headlights come on and light up my bedroom. The vehicle is large enough that he can't get in or out I one turn.

The man had a harley that he fires up right next to me, although it is against rental policy to have a motorcycle on grounds. I caught him stealing electricity from me and had to padlock my electrical box. Today he is working on a second motorcycle which, again, is against rental policy to work on a vehicle on grounds.

I want so much to complain to management, but I have a strong feeling there is a pre-existing friendship between them. The couple has taken over one of the manager's parking spaces and I believe that the motorcycle being worked on belongs to the manager as well. If I complain I may be the one in for it. Management here has a reputation of backing up his friends in the park and ignoring complaints against them. I'm trying to find out who owns the park to take my complaints there directly.

I think my days are numbered here.

I inquired at this "Trailer Trash Park" yesterday. The place is filled with old trailers, occupants of the undesirable kind, and the area is in the worst crime area of the whole Ventura County area. I have a 1991 Custom Motorcoach, that is valued at approx. $350,000. I was told by the lowlife care person that they only except 10 years or newer vehicles, while standing surrounded by a whole trailer park of 60's, 70's, and 80's trailers, in total disrepair. ?????? What are you guys thinking? I am glad I was turned down. I will tell you something. I am the president of a well known RV organization, as well as, sitting on the board of a top regulatory commission. I will spread the word about this dump to thousands across the country. What is this country coming to?
P.S. Linda S. Have you ever stayed there?

Clean, nicely landscaped, gated, and well maintained. Each space has full hookups. Is within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and transportation. They have nice laundry room.On ground manager. They have a very long waiting list. The spaces are very narrow. If you have extra vehiceles you have to park away from your rig.

PROS: Close to shopping
CONS: Narrow spaces
