Everything is just rally good. Service is excellent, even though they're always very busy, being a tourist trap. The view of the bay and the city from certain tables in the back room and on the patio of course is breathtaking.
Take all your out-of-town or foreign visitors there, no matter what!

Scoma's is such a special treat. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and top it all off with a fantastic view of the bay and San Francisco. Last time I had lunch at Scoma's I ate in a little alcove next to the windows. - Had a Shrimp/crab Louis Salad and enjoyed all the atmosphere. Loved it.

As if San Francisco isn't enough of a treat. Crossing the bridge and eating at Scoma's is wonderful. The food is always predictable and great, especially with the view.

My favorite place to go in SFO. I love being down by the water, you can hear the seals as you eat. A little crowded but worth the wait for the service and food

If you are a seafood lover, you must check this place out.
The New England clam chowder is to die for. My favorite dish is the Lobster Therm-adore very tasty. The servers are very polite and accommodating. Moderate pricing.

I brought my mother and aunt in for dinner not too long ago for a nice relaxing evening dinner. They were in town from Boston and absolutely loved it. My mother even said that she felt like she was back in Maine enjoying some classic seafood. It's a great escape from the city and wonderful restaurant. In addition to a great menu, the views of the Marin, Alcatraz and the SF are pretty distant too.

Scoma's, sitting by itself with an incredible view of San Francisco across the bay, was a delightful experience. We had no reservation, showed up at 9 pm on a Friday night in late August, and were seated within 15 minutes. Fish reigns supreme here. My swordfish was prepared with light seasoning and accompanied by a tasty pasta side dish. My companion had the Chilean sea bass, an excellent choice. The service was fine and it was worth the 45 minute drive from Napa to eat here with lovely San Francisco in the distance.
