I've been going to this cleaners for about 3 years, some of the staff is nice and some of the staff is rude. I like how you can drop off your clothes in the morning and pick up the next day thats a big plus! the hemming service is ok not that great!

I have been going to this place for about a decade, in general they are all rude and difficult people to work with/ they do not clean the normal and usual clothing, shirts and dresses, etc, and blame it on Green cleaning. They advertise on coupons but do not accept it; they do not accept ant credit cards either.

I have taken my business to somewhere else. You should do the same

The first time I tried this cleaners was not a good experience, even with their $1.99 rate for most garments. I took in a new pair of Jag cargo pants, buttons were very securely attached, but when I got the pants back, the buttons on the back pockets were gone. The thread wasn't shredded, there where just 2 thick nubs of thread securely sewn into the fabric, and the buttons missing. It looked like they had been cut off, that's the only thing I can figure out because the buttons were tightly sewn on. I went back twice to look through their 'button box' and never did find the buttons. Next, I took in a simple cotton knit top with a clear food stain and it came back with the same stain still there. They claimed it would discolor the material if they tried to get the stain out. I took the top to another cleaners and they easily removed the stain.

We, the customer, go to cleaners to have our clothes cleaned, what else! Dry Clean Express uses the excuse that they clean over 1500 pieces a day and will NOT perform any special treatment or stain checks on the garments......then why are they in the cleaning business!! The interesting part is when I took my garments in, I pointed out the stains and customer service taped it, but they didn't remove it. I ended up having to take my garmets to another cleaners and pay twice. I heard other customers complain about stains not being removed. The $1.99 is the hook that drew me to try this cleaners, but I ended up paying double when I had to go to another cleaners to get the stain out that Dry Clean Express Would Not Remove!
Strange experience, and new type of experience, with a cleaners........I will not return.

Pros: CHEAP PRICES

Cons: VERY POOR QUALITY & INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE

.

I submitted a beige jacket w/ black trim to be drycleaned. The clerk made no mention of any risk of the black bleeding onto the beige fabric. But it did. They claim that it wasn't their fault, would not do anything about it and would not apologize. No compensation was given, no fault admitted. The jacket cost over $300, and the manager claimed that the black material was cheap and was the reason why it ran onto the beige; clearly, he was trying to place the blame on the manufacturer. ONLY bring clothes that are made of cotton, that are not complicated, and those that you do not care if spotting mysteriously comes onto it. As they have mentioned multiple times, they clean over 1500 pieces a day and will NOT perform any special treatment or spot checks on those garments that you care about. I have been there when other customers have complained about spotting. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years w/o any complications, but have been disappointed with their behavior and response on this incident and will never give them my business ever again.

PROS: Convenient, quick turnaround, friendly clerks
CONS: Will not admit fault, will not take special care for special garments

Staff is always quick and professional. Coupons are circulated weekly and turnaround is approximately 3 days for a large quantity of shirts. They also do great alterations.
