      I called Pep Boy??s and received a quote from Jose. He matched and beat America??s Tire with warranty, Pep Boy??s covers sidewall damage, and a better load rating tire. I also had the alignment done which America??s tire does not offer. I showed up for my appointment, left the car and came back for pick up with completed job. I was so happy that I gave the service technician a tip for his efforts.

      I called before I took my car in.....I talked to Jose who quoted me a price for my car repair and let me know that it could be fixed that day! (Please note it is Memorial Day weekend!) I took my car to Pep Boys in Cathedral City, they repaired it as promised and charged exactly what they quoted!! Great service with a smile and for a very reasonable price!!!! I will be coming back to Jose and the staff at Pep Boys for all of my vehicle needs...........way to go!!!

      I took my Audi for an oil change. For some reason they decided to take my car for a test drive. The guy who drove it made a circle on the parking lot, parked somewhere in the end, sat there for 10 minutes and came back with a flat tire. Then he came back to me and said I have a flat tire. I said, then why in the world you drive my car on a flat tire? He didn't have anything to say and lifted my car to change the oil now. I started arguing about driving my car for no reason, they then put my car down and said we refuse to service you. Then I noticed a crack all across the windshield. They cracked it by dropping my car! And said I already had it! The manager (Nick) wasn't there and I called him and left a message. He never called back. Next day I came back but he wasn't there again. His assistant wrote what happened and refuse to sign. On my questions he only had to answer "have a nice day" and disappeared. They never took any kind of responsibility and were rude. Such bad customer service, I would never recommend this place!

      I have been depending on this store for many years. The service manager there Steveon Adair has always given me 5 star service.
      I have had my brakes done,routine tune up, and other engine work,and tires done in a timely fashion. I have NEVER had to pay anymore than my original estimate.
      I have and will continue to reccomend this PepBoys to all my friends for any service they need on there cars.
      They have a nice area to sit while your waiting and its air conditioned and they have cold drinks too.

I ordered some parts from the parts department and everything went wrong. Someone was supposed to call me when the parts came in in "2 days". I called after 3 days and was told the parts arrived and as soon as they were unpacked (found) I would get a call. No one called so I called the next day and was told that they couldn't find them. They would call the person who signed for them and find out what happened. NO RETURN CALL. I called again and guess what? Now it was the fault of UPS because they must not have actually delivered the parts. Eventually, a week later, the parts showed up but again I had to call. When I picked them up I asked to see the Store Manager. I explained what had gone on for week and his response was "So what do you want me to do". He blew me off, not even lookin at me while I spoketo him. I told him that the least basic thing was to at least have someone return a call after several promises to do so. He said that he would talk to "MaryLou"? I told him that based on his reaction and the look in his eyes it was obvious that he did not care. He made no response, confirming for me that he did not care. Thanks to the people in service, but because of your STORE MANAGER, the only time I will be back is to collect on warranty items.
