Studio 415 Salon & Spa

Very small, off the beaten path which was nice. People were very professional. Had my eyebrows waxed, and the girl did a great job, her room was very clean too.

I moved to the area about a year ago and discovered Studio 415. I started going to Paula for all of my waxing (She is GREAT! but keep reading...) However, my most recent appointment the front desk gal scheduled me with the wrong esthetician, and it was literally the worst wax experience I have ever had (I have been getting waxed forever, and moved to Folsom after living in Seattle and Santa Monica, so I have been to spas up and down the West Coast, and have never experienced services as bad as those from Dawn Wilson at Studio 415). Her wax job was so bad that I stopped her halfway through and went back to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction - and the front desk gal was unhelpful. I requested to speak with the manager/owner and to this day have not received a call, email, or any sort of follow-up. Unbelieveable! (For all the reviews that say how great the owner/manager is, they must have some sort of connection with her, because as a fairly new customer, I did not receive ANY help!) If you are looking for a salon/spa in the Folsom area I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere. If you insist on heading to Studio 415, do not schedule your waxing/facials with Dawn Wilson, or you will be sorely disappointed.
