I brought my 2005 Volvo s60 in to get a headlight replaced because I was having problems replacing it myself. I asked if I could watch the repair man install it to see if he had any tips on how to install without hurting my hand. They were courteous to allow me to watch, but I swathe repair,an "rip" the air intake out of my car, he replaced the light and tested the light to find there was an "electrical" problem. I then left and "trusted" the repair man, believing that since I was at a "Volvo" dealership they new my s60. 2 hours later I went back to ask what is the problem and the repair man insisted that the problem was a "computer" problem and it would be $800 to fix. I then asked "did you check the fuse" and he then responded with telling me that there was no fuse and showed me the electrical diagram. As I looked at it, with my background in electrical engineering, I responded with there is a fuse. I said no more repair to be done and still had to wait 45 min to get my car back. As soon as I got the car I took it to pep boys and checked the fuses and the fuse for the light was missing, but when I replaced the fuse I found that they had broke the air intake of my s60.

I bought my v50 wagon from Volvo of Orange County 3 years ago. I was always a little intimidated with the big dealers and their large service departments. When I was due for my first service my girlfriend, who also owns a Volvo from Volvo of OC, told me to make my appointment with Juan Aranda. Juan met me curbside with a hustle and a smile. He and the whole staff made me feel so at ease. Since then Juan has not only provided me with great service but will go the extra length to make sure that I am taken care of. At Volvo of Orange County you feel like family. Thank you guys.

Our family is fond of Volvos, (I am a retired Engineer) and, among SoCal dealerships, of Volvo of Orange County.
We are currently driving our 5th Volvo (2007 XC70)
Our daughter is currently driving her 2nd Volvo, a 2006 S60.
Both of her Volvos were purchased at Volvo-OC.
Our last 3 Volvos were also purchased at Volvo-OC.
Previous to that, we had purchased 3 Volvos, starting in 1970.
So, that means that, overall, our family is current;y driving our 7th and 8th Volvos.
We have had experience with various Volvo dealerships and specialized independent shops, and we now have our cars exclusively maintained at Volvo-OC. It is always reassuring to have service performed at a dealership where the highly professional technicians and Service Management know what they do, and care about what they do. That is always important, but particularly in this current economy.
Given that context, we are strategizing to as always, maintain our Volvos meticulously (at Volvo-OC, of course) because, as we say, of the economic environment. When the time comes, we would not hesitate to buy our next Volvo at Volvo-OC

Just bought a new XC90 from them and everything was very low pressure without pushy sales people you find at many other stores. If your in the market for a new Volvo I think you will find this is a great place.

After leasing a Volvo there - returned when lease was up - did not have heart set on specific car but liked the car I had - no problems with it. But the sales person could care less if I had leased/purchased another. No sales pitch no nothing - here it is and that's it...so went across the street and got and Audi...love it!

Having had a bad experience with another dealer, it was really refreshing to have exceptional customer service from a car dealer. I brought my car in because someone had hit my car and I wanted a recommendation on how to repair it. Not only did the service department wash my car, they also tried to buff out the scratches, all at no charge. I waited about 30 in the waiting area, that provided refreshments and reading materials. I got this all done during my lunch hour. I was very happy when I left!
