Dentists, Endodontists, Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Maxillofacial Surgeons
I have seen Dr. Chung for 2 fillings and 3 crowns, he is personable, gentle and really takes time to make sure you are doing OK throughout the procedure. The office staff is polite but I've had Repeat problems with billing. I have been charged incorrectly and when I came in for an elective replacement of my mouth guard, they said it is $575.00 (all private paid despite having good dental insurance) and refused to provide me a itemized bill for the amount. Would you fork out $575.00 without an itemized receipt?? I didn't. I don't think it is too much to ask what the charges are for, do you?

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility was clean and pleasant. They got me in for an appointment right away. The dentist was gentle and did a great job. They told me exactly how much my work would cost before they did it and the prices were really reasonable compared to what I have seen at other offices.

This place was a dump!!! And that hygenist or assistant or whatever she is (Elizabeth) was rude and inappropriate! i will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!

my wife went to this place on her insurance.They told her she needed all kinds of things.Including a mouth guard because she grinds her teeth.They charge very high prices so insurance pays very little of it.They quoted over $3,500 that we would have to pay out of pocket.So We went to a dentist not on insurance for a second opinion.They quoted $1,500 for everything and said she doesn't grind her teeth.I would never recommend them to anyone.
