Homemakers Corporate Office

my experience has been very disappointing. I brought several pieces of furniture and all is paid for 13 weeks later I still do not have my dresser, mirror and night stand to my bedroom suite. Homemakers has never contacted me I have always been the one to contact them to ask about the status on my furniture. The customer service reps are inexperienced and never seem to know what is going on with my order. The merchandise mgr has only returned my call once and that is only because I ask to speak to the store mgr. I only got his voice mail but 5 minutes later the merchandising mgr call me. I have yet to get a return call from the store manager. They still can not give me a date that my furniture will be in. I would strongly recommend that you do not do business with them unless you see the product and they have it in stock and keep your fingers crossed that your can get someone to wait on you and they have good customer service skill experience.

I was shopping around for a beautiful sectional I had seen at another retailer... I saw it there from the same manufacturer and they said they could get it for me (saving a little money) ... After months of waiting they delivered it and it is made very poorly and from another manufacturer... very poor quality... and shady business practices! Watch out!

I love Homemakers! They have great furniture and a friendly staff. When I am there I know that everything is top quality and I will be getting a piece of furniture that is going to last.

CONS: Prices are a little high compared to similar stores in SFV

This store has been going out of business for the last year... now they are back with same high prices, poor service. Think twice before you shop there!
