Fantastic Volvo Service  5 Star Rating - World class

I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with Popular Mechanix, which is saying a lot, considering how expensive it can be to service a Volvo! They have always given me straightforward information without being condescending in any way. They help prioritize services for you and keep in touch with you as they are servicing the car. They are extremely organized and professional, and I always feel I can trust them.

Its continued booming business as an independent Volvo service center is testimony to their top-notch customer service. They thrive on the many recommendations of satisfied customers. I only wish more of my friends drove Volvos so they could benefit from Popular Mechanix too!

Fixed, after other shop failed 5 Star Rating - World class

After repeated attempts to have the same problem fixed at Royal Motors, I finally threw my hands up in exasperation. After servicing my car with you folks, combined with the customer service I received, you have a customer for life.

High quality, low pressure... 5 Star Rating - World class

Appreciated that you didn't try to pressure me into changing my front brakes (22% remaining) right then and there. Unlike other shops, you didn't use the "get it done now or risk your life" threat.

Best Volvo Shop 5 Star Rating - World class

Darn good place to take your volvo. These guys only work on Volvo (won't even work on your Saab). The neighborhood is questionable, and they don't have a real waiting room, but they do have a loaner Volvo. Highly recommended
