My Gym Childrens Fitness

My Gym is great for kids - I could see my children develop coordination, balance and confidence.If you have younger children, it's a great way to meet other Mom's - a huge advantage if you're new to the area.The gym is always clean and the staff really connect with the kids.Definately check it out!

This is a great place for children of all ages. They offer classes geared for all levels, but the one I am most familiar with is the 2-year-old class. They have the kids throwing balls, riding on an electric train, running and swinging. It is a fun place full of bright colors. My children both loved it and were very sad when they got too big for me to take there anymore.

The teachers are fun and energetic. What more can you ask for in coach that will be working with your children!

This place is so much fun! There are so many activities to do. Kids can't help but run around the whole time. It is a great place for them to burn off calories.

If you want to get your child to burn some of their energy indoors during the extreme heat of summer or the extreme cold of winter My Gym is the perfect place. They have really nice equipment for kids to use and have a lot of fun doing it. The staff is young and friendly. The gym is nice and clean. It is a nice alternative to Gymboree.
