I have been living with a gummy smile my entire life. There are times when I am so shy to smile that I cover my mouth with my hands--both of them. When I take pictures I try to be conscious of my smile and I constantly look tired and unhappy. I just want to be able to smile without being afraid! I have done a great amount of research and had consultations on the east coast have proven to not be good solutions for me to fix my smile. I found Dr. Farnoosh on the Internet and read up on his hypermobile lip surgery and it sounded exactly like what I need! I spoke with Dr. Farnoosh by phone and email and then had the procedure done 6 weeks ago. Dr. Farnoosh's lip lowering procedure definitely was the right option for me it was much cheaper than the other options I had and was not a very invasive procedure. i wanted to correct my gummy smile for long time. i went to the many dentists but they all said that it is going to be very complicated surgery and they prefer not doing it. i was very disappointed and unhappy about my smile until i met Dr. farnoosh.
i had a lip lowering procedure done at his office and it was a quick simple procedure. It didn't change my facial feature at all and was able go to work after few days. Recovery time is very quick and i highly recommend Dr. Farnoosh if you have gummy smile. i am really satisfied with my smile now.
Thank you so much Dr. Farnoosh for the procedure. Now i don't need to cover my mouth when i smile.

Who likes going to the dentist....not me....
I do like to give credit where its do --- and this guy deserves it. Dr. Farnoosh placed 3 implants in my mouth replacing an old bridge that I had. I heard about Dr. Farnoosh from my dentist in Santa Monica and was told that he was one of the leading specialists for dental implants in LA. I was pretty skeptical because I have had a few bad experiences with dentists but I have to admit that Dr Farnoosh really was a pleasure to deal with.
He was very kind and understanding and made sure that I understood everything, and even gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I had any problems....I really liked him and would recommend him.

Dr. Farnoosh is truly one of the best choices for anyone in Beverly Hills or the Los Angeles area. He came highly recommended to me from my dentist and also from my sister (who was a student of Dr. Farnoosh at USC). I was very pleased with the outcome of my procedure, and the price was reasonable too. Dr. Farnoosh was very gentle and attentive to my needs throughout the process (before , during and after the procedure). I understand why alot of people fly from around the world to see him.

I traveled from Idaho to have the lip lowering procedure done by Dr. Farnoosh. I had my surgery on Friday and went home on Saturday the following day. I felt only minor discomfort following surgery and experienced no complications. I am extremely pleased with the result.

About 5 years ago Dr. Farnoosh transformed my smile. Growing up I had a very big smile with lots of my gum showing....so when I used to smile or laugh some people said I had "a horses mouth". Because of this I was very insecure for a long time, and would always try and cover my mouth. In a few procedures, Dr. Farnoosh transformed my smile. Now I smile more confidently and most people think that this is how I always looked. Ever since the procedure I have been going to Dr. Farnoosh and have been very happy with him. It really changed my life. I recommend Dr. Farnoosh to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Farnoosh has taken care of my entire family for years. Whenever I talk about him to other doctors they say he is highly regarded in the industry. I can attest to his compassion and attention to your concerns. He is the best periodontist in LA!

Genuine Gum Bleaching

Dr Farnoosh is the only Dr. I found in a 3,000 mile radius who could me. By the age of 30, my gums turned dark --like purple/black and I hated to smile. I argued with my dentist in Darien, CT who tried to unsuccessfully convince me that my gums were genetically pigmented and there was nothing that could be done. I tried to explain my gums used to be pink, that I felt this was caused by heavy smoking and coca cola and that none of my family members' gums are dark like mine and all I wanted was for them to be pink again. He basically told me to live with it. I saw another dentist in Encino, CA who didn't even mention that there was a dentist just over the hill (in Beverly Hills) who could help and he himself had no solutions for me either. At this point, in my OCD madness about this issue and refusal to believe it was pigmentation, I had taken to bleaching my gums with tooth whitening strips-didn't work. Then I went online one day and searched "lighten gums" and I found Dr. Farnoosh. After reading some testimonials and watching several videos that were posted online, I immediately made an appointment. Fortunate for me I was in LA, but the truth is, it would not have mattered if I were still in CT or Central America for that matter, I would have come from anywhere to see what this man could do for me. Dr. Farnoosh told me he could help me no matter if it were genuine pigmentation and/or the other reasons I listed. Here it is a week after my gum bleaching procedure and I am elated. My gums are pink again! Seriously! I am writing a letter to my previous dentist and including Dr. Farnoosh's educational material for my "hometown" dentist to utilize or at least recommend Dr. Farnoosh to other patients like me. Had he offered this procedure to me or even told me about Dr. Farnoosh, I could have had this handled years ago. Can't say how thankful I am to Dr. Farnoosh and his BRAINIAC SKILLS :) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Great Cosmetic Periodontist

I have been going to Dr Farnoosh for about 6 months. I was referred to him by my dentist when I needed dental implants who said "Dr. Farnoosh was one of the top dental implant surgeons in Los Angeles." With a healthy dose of skepticism I checked up on him with a few other dentists---most of the feedback I got was encouraging and I later found out that he also had taught one of my friends who went to dental school at USC where Dr. Farnoosh is a professor. I decided to visit Dr. Farnoosh's office and have a consultation. We went over my case and the cost and I felt I could really trust him (which was important because I had never had any type of surgery before). Dr. Farnoosh was also flexible with me in terms of the financing options. In the end, Dr. Farnoosh placed 3 implants and also did a bone graft. I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Farnoosh to anyone considering periodontal treatment or dental implants.

Great Dental Implant Experience

I evaluated a dentists before I got my dental implants but I really liked Dr. Farnoosh and now have been going to his office for oral hygiene / maintenance for a few years. During my exhaustive search for a dental implant expert I researched and met a lot of doctors on the West Side. It was clear some were very focused on the business / money side of dentistry... Dr Farnoosh was a different because he genuinely explained the different options for my dental work, and didnt try and push a lot of extra stuff. Also, during and after the procedure Dr. Farnoosh genuinely cared about how I was doing. He called me the night after to check up on me and that counts for a lot when you are getting any type of medical procedure.

Dr. Farnoosh is an extremely competent and well-educated doctor. My treatment was done with the uttermost care and precision, and the results are a complete success. He is very caring and concerned about his patient's, their goals and their comfort throughout all procedures. He is truly an exceptional doctor and I would recommend him completely.
