This was my first time there and I stopped by because I was in the area and needed a cake. I walked in and thought the cakes looked really nice, but as I looked at the designs throughout the store I realized these display cake toppers were on real cakes. The cakes were moldy and smelled a little funny. I think it's a health code violation if you use rancid food as your floor display. I should've walked out but I was in a time crunch and really needed a birthday cake. An older, big man came from the back of the store and asked me, "what do you want? Are you ready?" I was taken aback because I found that to be really rude usually your greeted with a hello how are you. Not this time, he was apparently really upset that he had to help me and he didn't even know his own product. He kept on saying, "what size? What flavor? I don't know the name of that decoration?" Because when I got my cake it was wrong. The name was spelled wrong and the size was also wrong. He was very irked because when he presented me with the cake I said, "this isn't the size I wanted it was supposed to be the bigger one." He started getting really mean and his voice got loud, "You didn't point at that one, you said you wanted this one." Could you believe he was arguing with a customer. Needless to say my cake got fixed... I took it to the party it looked really neat but the taste was awful. The cake was cold and had a freezer taste. The frosting also had some hard specs of frosting and dribbles along the back of the cake. I will never go there again beware!

I bought a cake for myself and it was soggy. The manager said that they always bake a cake and then put it in the freezer. If you like quality that you can taste look elsewhere.

PROS: Looks good
CONS: Cakes come straight from the freezer and taste soggy

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! They have amazing cakes & bars that are to die for. And then on top of that, you can order them in a "cake" style with various themes. They make perfect birthday, anniversary, thank you, get well, etc. gifts. I've sent several for personal as well as business gifts & they always get rave reviews. Also great because you can see all the sizes & designs online so you're not shopping blind over the phone! Only drawback is the delivery fee ($15 I think?); otherwise the perfect gift!

PROS: Great desserts, perfect as gifts
CONS: Delivery fee
