This is the first time that i'm writing a review for a restaurant but the service here was so appalling that i'm making it my first. Myself and about 12 others arrived on a Saturday evening and was seated promptly and our server seemed cheerful and competent so the evening started out ok.

That's where the compliments end. After we placed our order, only 1/2 of the group received their food. Ten minutes turned into twenty turned into thirty minutes before someone complained to our server. Typically in a well-run restaurant the manager would be the first to come over to apologize but he was nowhere to be seen and the server was left to explain that only 1/2 the order was put in the kitchen. After a thoroughly disheartening meal, we asked to see the manager who was completely unapologetic. He said his hands were tied and that he could not compensate us for anything because the owner of the Chop House (downstairs) wouldn't let him. In fact, the only thing he was willing to do was subtract the required 18% gratuity from our bill leaving our server who was decent enough high and dry. Sensing something suspicious we called the manager's bluff and asked to see the owner downstairs who promptly came up and gave us the same song and dance.

Turns out we ran into our server that same night at the casino down the street who told us the "owner" of Chop House who came to see us was actually only the manager. With mediocre food and terrible service I HIGHLY don't recommend Crazy Bones BBQ.

You must be crazy to go to Crazy Bones for barbeque. The ambiance was very pleasant and the mashed potatoes were decent, but those are the only compliments that this place deserves. I ordered the half chicken, which was dry and tasteless, while my children both ordered the St Louis ribs. The ribs were soggy and underdone, and desperately in need of additional sauce. The server was asked twice to bring more sauce, which didn?t arrive until 10 minutes into the meal. I have never been motivated to write a restaurant review, but having had such a disappointing meal and also witnessing the party next to us wait a half hour for their food, plus the party next to them walking out because their server never arrived to take drink orders, I felt I must not let this opportunity pass. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Crazy Bones looks like a nice reputable establishement on the outside. However, looks can be decieving. I ordered the St. Louis Ribs which were much too rare, lacking in flavor and not much fun. The mashed potatoes that came with the meal weren't terrible and neither was the coleslaw, but as you well know coleslaw is particularly hard to mess up.

Service especially dissapointed. I was not asked if I wanted a second beer nor were we asked if we wanted dessert. The table next to ours complained they waited a wopping 35 minutes for their food. For that there is no excuse, nor is there any excuse for a person with working taste buds to eat at Crazy Bones.

My first trip to Crazy Bones was a memorable one, not because of the tasty ribs or charming staff, but because of the disappointing food and indifferent servers. There are few barbeque restaurants in the desert, so I was looking forward to a delicious dinner at a new restaurant. After a few bites I realized that the St Louis ribs had no taste or flavor, neither did the barbeque sauce. Generous portions of salt and pepper did not help the cause either. The staff seemed overwhelmed and when other patrons complained, they explained that it is the holiday season and the kitchen is backed up. The manager did not seem sincere at all when apologizing to the man next to me who claimed he had to wait 35 minutes for his dinner. My server never asked if we wanted another beer or any desert, she just brought the check over shortly after I complained that it took 15 minutes for me to get more barbeque sauce. In short, this restaurant failed to meet my standard of a good dining experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.
