Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. i have been to joes crab shack that are boring and just like any other restaurant. but this joe's is always fun and the servers are always friendly and knowledgable. the food is pretty good and the atmosphere is fun. this is a great place to go for someones birthday because they make people get dressed up in crazy outfits and dance around the restaurant. the servers also dance like once every half hour or something. its very fun!

This is the place to go to celebrate any occasion. It is very loud and fun but mnake sure you have a reservation!!! The food is good and medium priced.

We went to Joe's with another family and had a nice time on a busy Friday night. The setting is good for kids and the views are outstanding with the harbor steps away. Our cocktails were excellent, the food ok and the service poor. All were in line with the expections that we had going in. Good spot for a busy family type dinner with kids.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Great value and great location! Yes, it is a bit noisy, but it's a family restaurant. If you want fine dining, elegance, peace and quiet, go elsewhere! We enjoy bringing visiting family and friends here and they all loved it!

Joe's crab shack is a lot of fun to dine at. The food is very good. Crab is their specialty and it is good. The service is pretty good. They get really busy at night so the service can get a little bogged down at times, but they always have a great attitude. It's a great place to go with your friends and have a few drinks. It's good food for a good price.

Lots of fun and great food!!

If you are a stuffy old stick in the mud then this is not a place for you. This is a fun, sometimes loud place to eat and drink(small bar area). Our hotel recommended this hotel and I'm glad they did. The food was great and the waiter was friendly and helpful. All the servers dance around the restaurant to fun music every half hour, lots of fun. There is a great view of the harbour and very nice at sunset.

This place is great to go with a big group of friends. The servers put on a dance for you every half hour. It's the best, I do not know anyone who does not like this place. There is always a wait but you can call ahead and put your name down.

Just plain fun!

Talk about a party while you eat! They have a great bar and the food is "ok". We go mostly for the atmosphere and never leave un-satisfied. The place is ALWAYS packed! You will have to check it out to see what I am talking about! Like most places in Orange County, be prepared to wait (they don't take reservations)!
