4 Stars: Impressive! (by Silvana T.)

Big and assorted, with kind staff. No 5 stars for a flaw. Some years ago I have seen just after the right door of the shop a layout in Z scale dedicated to a modern German train towed by an electric locomotive E103. The line was double track. The train run erroneously on the left track. I called the nearest people of the staff and, indicating the layout: it is true that normaly in Europe trains runs left, but in Germani they go right. I was not not appreciated.

4 Stars: Best place to buy train parts for your collection (by Trish W.)

Allied Model Trains is absolutely the best place hands down to find any type of train accessory. They probably have the largest selection I've seen in model trains. You name it, they have it. If they don't, they can probably order it for you. The store is huge and parking is in the back. They also have gift certificates for gift giving.

5 Stars: Model Trains Here!! (by Anthony S.)

I think this is the largest store that I have been to that exclusively sells model trains and accesories. I happen to love model trains and wish I had a bigger place to house more collections but unfortunately I don't so I love to just browse model train stores like Allied Model Trains. This store has everything a model train enthusiast and collector could want and browsing the store is a lot of fun.

5 Stars: (by Varoujan G.)

I am not a model train hobbyist, but I have spent quite a bit of time in this store. This is one of those stores that it's just a joy to window shop, but as far as my novice eye goes, that place is stocked to the gills with everything ever related to trains.
