but usually totally unfriendly. I have been there a number of times and every time I say I'm not going back. They have some really nice yarns but they need to do a staff training or hire someone without so much attitude.

The store itself is stunningly beautiful. It has high ceilings and
huge windows and as you walk in there is a
large, gurgling water fountain. Immediately around it are selves
of exquistely handmade garments for sale. They have a wide
selection of beautiful fine yarns and needles. However,
for the everday knitter the needles and accessories are rather
overpriced ($6 to $8 for one pair, is the minimun price range)
Also, the employees are not the friendliest, and they give you
a rather chilly reception as you walk in. It's a pretty place to
visit, but the knitter/crocheter not overburdened with wealth
may want to seek an alternative store to buy the bulk of their
supplies.

They've got a decent selection of yarns, but it's not huge. Half the store is dedicated to sales of finished garments, so it's not entirely a "yarn store". I've found the people to be friendly and helpful for the most part. They have good sales from time to time, which is nice.
