I like going the lancaster 24 hour fitness because its not as crowded as the other ones, but htat maybe for the times i usually go. The facility is nice and well maintained they have a cool staff and i never had any complaints. Like all gyms the membership locks you in and motivates you to go and get your sweat on. I never have problems getting a machine.
