One of the best place to get the ramen that you deserve, they serve the best beef ramen with lots of thick and chewy noodles and amazing beef broth.

The place is fine for people who don't know what Omakase is or has no idea what Tsukiji Fish Market is or where it's located.

The fish is not fresh, but is par to standards of other sushi restaurants of this sort.

I'd suggest sticking to the cooked items or the Korean items instead. The bento boxes cost about the same as a night's serving of rolls / fish would.

I've eaten sushi at Ikebana's sushi bar over a hundred times, and it's always a new experience. Both traditional sushi and "fusion" sushi creations are offered. The fish variety and freshness is superb, the chefs are creative, artistic and friendly, and the fellow diners make the atmosphere perfect. The rest of the menu and the dining room are excellent for both intimate meals and large groups, featuring excellent Japanese and Korean selections as well as sushi.

Pros: Thumbs wa-a-ay up!

Cons: Never

The dinner menu at this restaurant is unlike any other. There are pictures of different types of sushi in the centerfold. I tried the Texas Holdem which is a roll with rib-eye steak, cream cheese, asparagus, a yummy sauce, and of course rice and seaweed. Like I said, a unique menu, but the sushi is tasty.

If you are wanting to have lunch here, don't go on Saturday or Sunday. Since they are open all day, they only offer the dinner menu. Also, to save 15% on your meal, don't sit at the bar; they charge the extra percentage for the sushi chef.

Since I went for lunch and had to order from the dinner menu, the food seemed a bit pricey - $14-16 for a Bento Box. The Bento Boxes are neat because you get to choose which three items you want besides the salad, rice, and soup which are included with all boxes. I don't know what the lunch prices are, but you get less food than what is served from the dinner menu. I had leftovers from my chicken teriyaki box - enough for my dinner tonight.

I order ice tea almost everywhere I go, so I have to include this - it's okay, big glass.

Ikebana has the best sushi in town! The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and you will walk out satisfied! Come on Karaoke nights. Reserve a table. Reserve the party room for any type of party you'd like! This Japanese restaurant even has some Korean dishes on the menu! Fresh sushi with unique names and ingredients you won't find anywhere else!
