This was the first time that we had our carpets professionally cleaned. When we called Champion Chem Dry, they gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to book me an appointment very soon. They showed up on time during the scheduled window time...they called before they came. I thought they did a good job with the cleaning. The young man was in and out quickly and he seemed to do a thorough job. We moved our furniture ourselves before they came, so I don't know if they would move it on their own. All major spots were gone and the carpet was dry within three hours of them leaving.
