This is (or rather, was) the lowest end of all the Frog's I have seen. Minimal equipment other than the basics. Heavy on the legs machines for some odd reason.. Looked like a converted Bally's or 24-Hour Fitness. Closed now.

Didn't want to pay to renew the lease and closed! No other Frogs near this location. They gave me a good rate to sign up for the Mission Valley location. However, it's much farther from my house.

I have been a member for a little over a year and I love this place. The schedule is full of great classes, with something for everyone. The instructors and staff are really friendly. If I am gone for a while, the group manager calls me to check how things are going!
The club is always really clean with fresh towels and product in the locker rooms. They also have this awesome class called gravity which is extra but well worth it. My kids love going to the gym and have just signed up for swim lessons.

This club has an amazing pool. Tons of extras. Great value. Very helpful staff. No one is PUSHY. I love this gym. It has basketball and just added some new equipment. It's much more service oriented than a lot of gyms.

At first, I was really excited about the club. It really looks nice inside and I was happy that it wasn't as overcrowded as other clubs. I also liked the personal relationships I was able to establish with sales people and trainers at first and how much time they took to get me in.However, since then, pretty much all instructors have left and no sales representative are there any longer that are as friendly as before. A great atmosphere has been lost because of that. They have had amazingly great instructors in their classes and then they just let them go and constantly bring in new ones. Me and many other members have been very disappointed in seeing great instructors go without any effort of the club to try to keep them. Obviously, it gets down to whoever is most affordable. Correct me if I'm wrong. We're pretty tired of instructors constantly switching. I feel that many of us are not getting what our first impression, when visiting the club at the orientation, promised us. There's only one cardio class in the morning, which is overcrowded. There are no spots and nothing else is being offered to split up the great number of people around 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes before and after, on the other hand, only have a few people in it since they're stretching or yoga, but not cardio, which many people are longing for in the morning. I find representatives and management have turned out to be quite unfriendly. Customer retention or satisfaction definitely does not seem to be one of their number one priorities. I used to refer tons of the people to the gym. But, now I have been pretty disappointed more then one time when a few issued arrived and how they take criticism. They would promise specific rates to friends and family and then switch them up once they got them to sit down.I signed up my mom, so we could work out together, and the sales representative didn't even give me time to read terms & conditions since she had to go to a meeting. She pressured me to sign the papers and I would have expected her to give us the time and attention we deserved as we were signing my mom up for a whole year. Instead I was pressured to sign up, pay, and leave as fast as possible, which didn't make a good impression on me.I won't renew my membership once it's over and look for a more suitable gym where I feel welcomed and appreciated as a member if a few things don't get adjusted.

About a year ago, I would have rated it differently...

This place is better than the bigger chained gyms. I have never had to wait for a cardio machine. Of course, there are some peak periods, but nothing too bad. They will give you a pass good for three visits as opposed to three days. I know someone that took a month to use all three and they were cool about it. Nice pool, nice sauna, and the people that work out there seem to have less attitude.

PROS: Towels, individual TV's with cable at cadio machines, tons of classes
CONS: Weekends hours are 7am-7pm

Unlike other fitness clubs the sales people don't push an immediate sale. This gym doesn't have the best decoration or great architecture but its clean and the employees are top notch. The prices tend to be a bit more than your average gym, but the towel service is convenient and the gym is less crowded than most of the cheaper alternatives. Overall their friendly staff makes them worth the extra dollars. The pool is also a great facility with swim lessons for affordable prices. Make sure you read the fine print if your going in on a guest pass!

PROS: Pool, Cardio, Staff, Machines, Free-Weights, Group Excersize Classes
CONS: Price, Limited hours
