Great food and great service! Our family's favorite local pizza place!

Pernicano's has been a staple of La Jolla's restaurant scene for decades. It has never disappointed us.

A friend told me to try Pernicanos but I was disappointed with the atmosphere and the food.

There are so many really good Italian restaurants in San Diego I don't know why someone would choose Pernicano's unless they wanted to walk there or they had small kids.

Pernicano's has been in San Diego for ages. I was introduced to this wonderful family restaurant by my husband as he and his friends have been going there since their high school years.
Their sauces are excellent and their salads are great. Very generous servings; we can usually share a dish or order several appetizers and a glass of wine and be satisfied with my meal.
Not just a restaurant, it's a dining experience you can share with your family.

Pernicano's is a neighborhood family restaurant that is revered by the locals. The food is good, the atmosphere is homey and there is a little italian boat in the middle that kids from 2 to 5 just adore. The prices are very reasonable, and the family that work there make you feel right at home.

Be sure to check out the restaurant the week before Christmas, as Santa always makes a few trips to Pernicanos to sit in the boat and listen to the wishes of your little one!

Perni's isn't that amazing, but it is a very familyish place. There food isnot good, but you might like it because it is N.Y. style pizza. They have dark atmosphere, but it is fun because they have a little boat in the middle. I do not reccommed it though.

New York is known for the best pizza in the world and stores always try to make the perfect New York pizza, but they can never quite get it right. This restraunt is very close, if you want real New York pizza in California then this is the place to go. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is like a real New York pizza parlor.
