its amazing to be able to go to a cleaners and expect great results. i know going here I will get the very best results. Not sure about those who have had bad service, but when i go, about twice a week, i seem to get treated well, im not too demanding, but i do want my clothes to come out clean and pressed, and they do that very well. i do think they do the best pressing of any other cleaners.

I have been taking my clothes to this cleaners for a while now and yes, the customer service is AWFUL. The employess are rude, dismissive and always have an attitude. The only reason I keep going is that they do good work, my clothes don't smell like those chemicals and the discount is very good. I can't find that at other cleaners. I try to come in on days when the manager Annie is there. She had a funky attitude at first, but she got friendlier when she saw how much money I was spending. I try not to have any conversations with the other employees because they make you want to go off on all of them.

Called in advance to have 9 shirts laundered and they said I could use the coupon and it was 1.89 and there was a discount, but the discounted price wouldn't work with the coupon. I drove in, dropped them off and the coupon wouldn't work but I would get the lower price.

I came back in 3 days to pick it up and was charged their normal price and the girl tried to convenience me I was getting a discount as the regular price was about $5 each! who pays that much for a shirt? Either way I needed the shirt and I just paid the price per shirt w/o a coupon nor a discounted price.

I had pants altered and they lost them and they said there weren't sure if they could find them that day even though it was done the day before. They weren't busy then and said she couldn't look for it now, I said I'll be back before close and she said she would ONLY call if she found them not if she didn't find them.

I went by later in the afternoon after they called me and they said they found it. I went there and the young lady was trying to persuade me it was cleaned and pressed and I said I didn't want that as they were brand new. And to add, she said I can credit you that amount...and I pointed why the tag was still on it if it was washed. This makes me believe they don't do their job...so will your items really be washed; I don't know...will I ever find out, NOPE. I'm not going there again, it's not worth the poor uneducated staff, time, money, or effort.

I spoke to the manager and the first thing she said was you must have spoken to another cleaners and the girls know the prices and I misunderstood. I had 4 shirts which werent pressed well and she said bring them back and I said I don't think I want to come back again.

The pant alterations were great, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place.

If at all, find another place to go to, stay away from here.

This place is great. I wouldnt trust any other cleaners with my cloths and household items. I know for a fact that they use environmentally safe products not like other cleaners that, even though the stuff is illegal, use chemicals that harm not only your body but the environment. The owner is a sweet man, the staff is fabolous, yes they may have their days where they have attitude but greet them with a smile and they will great you with one as well. The work they do is amazing!

This place is expensive, but they do a good job and the tailor and shoe repair plus abundant parking makes it worth the extra 20%. Also, once I got something returned not well cleaned, and they recleaned it with no hassle. Also, my clothes don;t smell bad, they get a lot of stains out and have always been on time. I am not sure why so many people gave this a bad review. other than the high price, I think this is better than most cleaners I have used.

Despite the high prices, the customer service here is terrible. The employees are unfriendly. They even lost my clothes on one occasion and acted as if it was somehow my fault! I have a feeling that there is something wrong with the management to make the employees so resentful of serving the customers. I am normally a pretty friendly person but I draw the line at a business LOSING MY CLOTHES and seeming like they didn't care at all.

I think that this place stays in business because it is in a convenient location. Don't take the risk of having to buy new clothes...take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

Others are right: overpriced. Worse, tho, is the cust svc. Example: Took in suit for next day svc. Asked "what time ready?" Told "by 4:30 pm." Next day @ 4:45pm, not ready. No apology, dismissive. Waited 18 minutes, then asked if much longer. Told "you'll just have to wait." So I said "I paid for next day svc and was told ready by 4:30. You could at least apologize & tell me how long will be." Sneeringly told "by 4:30" didn't actually mean BY 4:30: "we could mean any time AFTER 4:30." I didn't correct her manners or grammar - just waited 15 min more & vowed never to return.

PROS: close to my house
CONS: rude service; overpriced; clothes not ready when told

Raintree charges too much for dry cleaning and laudries of plain dress shirts. I have been there once, and that is all it took to find myself another place that is more friendly in service and to my wallet.

PROS: not much to say
CONS: expensive, hard to find parking.

The prices are good, especially with the coupons you can get on the back of grocery receipts, which makes dry cleaning very affordable. Service is fine and I have never had any problems with late pickups. The quality is excellent and very consistent. They also have a speciality shoe repair adjacent.
