James Jay Seltzer Law Office

I got a 100% recovery! Mr. Seltzer has a result oriented practice which took a collaborative approach towards arriving at a solution. His people have excellent social skills. Aside from being well regarded for their role in securities litigation and administrative agency issues, they are quite facile in handling complex matters of other sorts.The firm is on the expensive side, though certainly less than other firms of comparable qualifications. Given the size of the recoveries they seem to consistently obtain I think they are worth it. They surely were for me!One a separate note, I found Mr. Seltzer to be quite sophisticated in working with Asian colleagues of mine. His language proficiency and his sensitivity to both cultural and language nuances really 'broke the ice' between several native french speakers (one of whom worked as an assistant to the former President of France) and Korean and Chinese members of our entourage. His efforts were the genesis of a most amicable and civilized interaction. Pros: : Exceptionally effective. This fellow is a superstar! No kidding.Cons:The lawyers in his firm, who do most of the preparatory work, begin quite early in the morning and prefer that clients be available for telephone conversations by 10 am. But I guess I can't complain too vociferously given the result.
