They serve piloncillo to sweeten your coffee which is made with cinnamon. The chilaquiles are excellent. I usually get the chilaquiles divorciados which is half green mole and half red mole. What a great recommendation! Starting with the chips with three sauces,it got better with wonderful chile rellenos with pipian sauce and a delicious dessert of guavas in rum sauce. Yum!
