I have been to many Chili's and this one had the best customer service. Our server accidentally spilled water on my daughters lap. Not only did they apologize profusely, but they also did not charge us for our meal. Thanks!

We were seated promptly and had a friendly and efficient waitress. However, when the food arrived the whole dinning experience went down hill. Their so called ribs were a joke... they were tasteless, dry, and looked a couple of days old. What they called a full rack looked more like a quarter of a rack. When it came time for dessert that's when it became worse. Even though the restaurant was pretty much empty, with the exception of a few people at the bar, they somehow ran out of the dessert most of us wanted, and so we ordered another dessert, brownie with ice cream. I laughed when they brought out melted ice cream in a bowl. I'm not kidding it looked like soup. Their solution to the whole ordeal was to not charge us for one dessert. This was by far the worst experience ever!

I love this Chili's!!! The staff is very friendly and the bar has a very trendy attmosphere to it! I have been hanging out at this Chili's for a bit now and have found that every visit is great!!! I go there before going to clubs or hit the bar to watch the Kings game.... This Chili's gets all decked out for games and really brings a Sac Town togetherness into a cool spot! I think its worth the lengthy expected Chili's wait! If you can I recommend hitting the bar!!!
