CPR charged me for a lot of things they didn't do. Ripped off base boards in rooms that weren't wet. Charged me for 24 blowers, but I only had 14, Did NOT pick them up for 5 days. NO paperwork, no estimate for what they would be doing I didn't get anything until 16 days later. My home was left in shambles, and I was told that if I wanted it to look like it was before I'd have to pay them more money. All of them were very creepy and not to be trusted. Do NOT hire CPR not even if it's an emergency, find another company!

CPR carpet care charges for services not rendered. When I worked for CPR I got pretty close to him and found out he is a Drug Dealer,Thief,and a Liar plus a Pill Popper. So I would think twice about any work you have him, CPR do for you. Eric will burn you to get what he needs from you he has done it to just about everybody he does work for. CPR will bill for work they don't even do. When they get caught by the home owner they try to give free stuff or work but still don't buy in to that because he will try to bill for that to. So I tell you this so you can have an understanding of who he is. Don't think for one chance that his carpet cleaning is five star . I have watched him steal from his own customers pretty sad if you ask me. So the truth is DON'T TRUST HIM OR HIS COMPANY.

CPR carpet care charges for services not rendered - and does not complete the job. They tore up our house after a flood, and did not make any effort to restore our house. We had to have other people repair the damage - not only from the flood - but from their haphazzard ripping up of base boards and carpets. They left all the debris in bags by our back door, and yet charged us for 'cartage to the dump'. They did not give us any estimate - if we had known the cost, we would have simply had all new carpets installed. They did not respond to letters sent contesting the bill, and waited 3 years, and then filed against us in small claims court. While there we met another man with a very similar story. Erik of CPR carpet care admits he has filed over 40 small claims cases. Not a very good track record for a company, in my opinion. We settled out of court for a lessor amount - but still much more than their work was worth. I want to insure that others avoid our costly mistake.

After receiving a coupon in the mail, I took a chance and tried CPR Carpet to come and clean my carpets. They did a very good job. Crew was very professional, arriving on time and not leaving a mess. They didn't try to sell me lots of extra services, which I appreciated. My carpet was left looking very clean and like new.

They did a great job at cleaning our carpet. In particular was an area with some big stains. They took extra time and as they promised, got the stains out. They were polite, hard working and efficient. Everything was put back in place. I definitely will use them again. I found out about them through those valu pak coupons.

They did a fantastic job! The crew was very thorough. They moved the furniture without complaint, and were very pleasant. They paid extra attention to some very soiled spots, where I had no hope of getting them cleaned. They were able to remove the spots, and the carpet looked fantastic. This is an older carpet too! I will definitely call this company again to do other rooms in the house.
