Urban Retreat

I am so excited to have found this place. I got my eyebrows done, facial and a peel. So amazing. The place is so peaceful and inviting. I have been under tremendous stress but am so picky as to where I go, I have even walked out of other places before and during based on my treatment from the staff to how the staff approches and touches me. I felt at ease the moment I came and have made an appointment again. Elana is amazing and highly reccomend her. I will try other services as I get to know the staff.

I knew many people like to gossip to makes other people lose all their standing and reputation but I have periodically used the services of Calvin Tieu as a massage therapist. I have found his services to be outstanding with respect to the quality of the service and his professionalism. He has a very good knowledge of them massage techniques and listen to the needs of his client. I would not hesitate to refer him to any one who is looking for a professional and healing massage.

My husband purchased a hot stone massage for me for my Birthday December 29th, 2007 and I was burned by the massage therapist. I ended up spending my birthday in the ER to treat my second degree burns. When we called for retribution they would not refund the massage. Before I discovered the burn and their subsequent poor customer service I would have said the service was accommodating, but part of good customer service is correcting errors when damage is done and in this area they failed miserably.Beware of inexperienced therapists with regards to hot stone massage. I haven't been back and have no desire to for fear of giving myself more permanent scars.

I took my husband in yesterday for a full spa day for the both of us. We had the NoHo package. Oh My! Elena is a beauty magician. My husband and I looked younger and more relaxed and refreshed. Carlos is a master of massage. I've never in all my life experienced a more relaxing massage. The personal attention to each customer and the personalized treatments are truly spectacular. I couldn't believe how affordable the spa was. I would definitely come again and bring anyone I wanted to impress with a spa day. There is no pressure to buy extra services or their products which is a big change from most spas.

This is truly an urban retreat. In the heart of North Hollywood, its a gerat place to get a massage. The prices are extremely reasonable. I have recommended this spa to friends who live in the area.
